- 2021 Tax Return for student (if applicable) and parent/s
- Current value of checking & saving accounts for student and parent/s
- Current value of NON-RETIREMENT investments for student and parent/s: 529s, mutual funds, UTMAs/UGMAs, stocks, bonds, CDs, etc.
- Value & Debt of other real estate (DO NOT INCLUDE PRIMARY RESIDENCE)

- Collegeboard.org login for student (CSS Profile)
- 2021 Tax Return for student (if applicable) and parent/s
